Some of you may have noticed that our recent Noisy Daughters promo featured the Arts Council logo and there's a reason for that...

We're delighted to announce that Tracks have recently been awarded an Arts Council England grant to support further musical activity in Darlington. As mentioned, the grant will support female led music project ‘Noisy Daughters’ as well as upcoming events Tea with Tracks (working title) - a series of informal music industry advice sessions - and a new multi-venue, multi genre music festival 'Last Train Home Festival’, which will take place on Saturday 22nd September 2018 in and around Darlington train station (we'll be releasing more information about these events over the coming months, so keep checking our social media/website for updates).

We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Paul Burns at Tees Music Alliance and Stephen Wiper from Creative Darlington for their help/guidance/patience during the application process and also to Darlington Borough Council and Jenny Chapman for their support.

This is great news for Darlington's flourishing music scene and a result of four years of us, both individually and collectively, putting on exciting music events in the town. We hope you'll get behind us by attending and having a lovely time at what we've got coming up.
