Music Box Fest 2018

A SPECTACULAR SUNDAY OF SENSATIONAL SOUNDS

Bigger than ever, Music Box Festival returned for its third annual celebration of local music. Set across 6 stages, Sunday 3rd June saw Darlington spoiled for choice with a broad variety of music talent.

The whole day was an absolute blast, with people buzzing between venues to catch their favourite artists, and discover new ones. There were some incredible headline performances from Cape Cub, Endem, Eleanor Grace Hemingway & Ceiling Demons (who launched their new vinyl ), and then all roads led to a Mouses headline set where everyone just went wild.

We want to thank everyone involved in making it so special; that's all the artists for treating our eyes and ears to amazing performances; all the venues for having us - Avalon Bar and Terrace, Hash Bar and Kitchen & Hole in the Wall Market Tavern & Kitchen; all their staff for their hard work and making sure the festival ran smoothly; and of course a huge thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, turned up, had a good time and supported Darlington’s live music scene.
