Before entering, please ensure you have read and understand the competition rules.

By entering the competition you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Enter by email:

• Please send your entry to:

• Attach your entry to the email as either a Word document (.doc or .docx) or a PDF (.pdf).

• In the body of the email, please include:

• YOUR NAME

• YOUR ADDRESS (INCLUDING POSTCODE).
  IMPORTANT:  do not include this information in your entry document(s)

• YOUR CONTACT NUMBER

• THE TITLE(S) OF YOUR ENTRY (please also include the titles of your entries in the entry documents)

• In the subject line of the email, please clearly state the category you are entering and the title of your memoir or short story. For poetry entries, please state the number of poems you are entering, e.g: SHORT STORY: THE NAME OF MY STORY or POETRY: THREE POEMS

• If you are entering more than one category, please send a separate email for each category

• Your entry should be printed on white paper,  in 12pt Times New Roman and double spaced. Please don’t include any identifying information on your entry.

• Please include a short covering letter that tells us:

• YOUR NAME

• YOUR ADDRESS (INCLUDING POSTCODE).
  IMPORTANT:  do not include this information in your entry document(s)

• YOUR CONTACT NUMBER

• THE CATEGORY YOU ARE ENTERING

• THE TITLE(S) OF YOUR ENTRY (please also include the titles of your entries on the entry documents)

• If you are entering more than one category, please provide a separate cover letter for each, and paper clip it to the relevant entries.
